Translation:
Young people! Look at God! All of you!
He shows the grace of Ahmad to Husayn
No matter for how long you search the world
Nobody will be like the son of Husayn
Note:
This poem is composed entirely in colloquial Persian.
Therefore, as the scansion shows, in many of the syllables a "long" syllable is treated as (and in fact pronounced) short. For example, the fourth word is "javunɑ" (LLH) instead of "javūnɑ" (LHH).
The meter is composed of repetitions of the colon "HLL - HLL". No meters using this colon are present in our list of popular meters. An interesting point about this meter is that it is one of the rare 4-based meters that has a complement. Using a complement in this meter family is inevitable given that the colon ends in L while verses cannot end in L.
The meter has five metra per verse (if we count the complement). The performer adds an extra silent metron to make each verse in the performance six metra long. Once again we see that having complete cola in each verse is preferred.
